As a seasoned Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of California, San Francisco, Certified Senior AdvisorÂŽ, Holistic Aging Specialist, and Health and Wellness Consultant with extensive experience in hospital and home health settings, I am dedicated to helping individuals prepare for intentional aging with ease and confidence.
